Launched in 1910, Martini Bianco is a delicate vermouth, whose sweet-bitter aromas blend elegantly and harmoniously, to give a perfectly balanced taste. White wine is filtered through charcoal, flavored with herbs and plants picked from the Alps, sweetened with beet sugar and topped with neutral alcohol. The assortment creates an excellent base for cocktails. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive, with ice or mineral water with lemon, juice or tonic. Tasting notes: Smell: Citrus notes, with peach and bay leaf accents. Taste: Rich aromas of ripe apple with cinnamon, hints of aromatic herbs, honey and a dash of vanilla. Finish: Medium-long, with spicy apple accents with cinnamon. Color: Clear, with golden reflections
